We strongly recommend Buyers to contact Seller directly on how and when the delivery of the purchased items will be made. Buyers should request important information from Sellers such as courier use/shipping method, tracking number and delivery date.

For the delivery evidence, we recommend Buyers to request a photos of the items or packages.

Important: For food and grocery which is needed to be delivered as soon as possible the same day after orders been placed and confirmed.

Information: Seller also able to assign a ‘Delivery Boys’ (workers) from the system to deliver their products to your doorsteps, but this may be applied only to certain areas within their physical store or premises.

We also provide a Store/Local Pickup option for the seller to choose in their delivery methods.

If the Seller fails to deliver the items in 3 working days, Buyers may request a refund from Borneo Marketplace.
